นโยบายการคืนสินค้า (ภาษาไทย)

ระยะเวลาคืนสินค้า: ขอคืนสินค้าได้ภายใน 14 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า

เงื่อนไข: สินค้าต้องยังไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน อยู่ในสภาพเดิม พร้อมกล่องและอุปกรณ์ครบ และมีหลักฐานการสั่งซื้อ (เลขคำสั่งซื้อ)

วิธีขอคืน: แจ้งเลขคำสั่งซื้อ เหตุผล และรูปถ่ายสินค้า ทาง LINE @welstore หรืออีเมล info@wellion.co.th ทีมงานจะยืนยันและแจ้งที่อยู่สำหรับส่งคืน สินค้าที่ส่งกลับมาโดยไม่ได้แจ้งล่วงหน้าจะไม่สามารถรับคืนได้

สินค้าชำรุดหรือส่งผิด: กรุณาตรวจสอบสินค้าเมื่อได้รับ และแจ้งภายใน 3 วัน ร้านรับผิดชอบค่าส่งคืนและจะเปลี่ยนสินค้าหรือคืนเงินให้ กรณีเปลี่ยนใจ ลูกค้าเป็นผู้ชำระค่าส่งคืน

การคืนเงิน: เมื่อได้รับและตรวจสอบสินค้าแล้ว เราจะแจ้งผลให้ทราบ หากอนุมัติจะคืนเงินผ่านช่องทางชำระเงินเดิม คำสั่งซื้อแบบเก็บเงินปลายทางหรือ PromptPay จะคืนเงินโดยโอนเข้าบัญชีธนาคารของลูกค้า ของแถมฟรีต้องส่งคืนพร้อมสินค้าหลัก

การรับประกัน: สินค้ารับประกัน 14 วัน ตามที่ระบุในหน้าสินค้า

Return Policy (English)

Return window: You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging with all parts, and come with proof of purchase (order number).

How to return: Send your order number, the reason and photos of the item to LINE @welstore or info@wellion.co.th. We will confirm and give you the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items: Please check your parcel on arrival and tell us within 3 days. We pay the return shipping and will replace the item or refund you. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will let you know the result. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; cash-on-delivery and PromptPay orders are refunded by bank transfer to your account. Free gifts must be returned together with the main item.

Warranty: Products carry a 14-day warranty, as stated on each product page.

退货政策（中文）

退货期限：收到商品之日起 14 天内可申请退货。

条件：商品未使用、保持原状，包装及配件齐全，并提供订单号作为购买凭证。

申请方式：把订单号、退货原因和商品照片发到 LINE @welstore 或 info@wellion.co.th，我们确认后会告知退货地址。未事先联系就寄回的商品恕不受理。

破损或发错货：请在收货时检查，并于 3 天内告知我们。此类情况由我们承担退货运费，并为您换货或退款。因个人原因退货的，退货运费由顾客承担。

退款：收到并检查商品后我们会通知结果。审核通过后原路退款；货到付款和 PromptPay 订单以银行转账方式退到您的账户。赠品需随主商品一并退回。

保修：商品享有 14 天保修，以商品页说明为准。

Polisi Pemulangan (Bahasa Melayu)

Tempoh pemulangan: Anda boleh memohon pemulangan dalam tempoh 14 hari selepas menerima pesanan.

Syarat: Barang mestilah belum digunakan, dalam keadaan dan pembungkusan asal dengan semua bahagian, serta disertakan bukti pembelian (nombor pesanan).

Cara memulangkan: Hantar nombor pesanan, sebab dan gambar barang ke LINE @welstore atau info@wellion.co.th. Kami akan mengesahkan dan memberikan alamat pemulangan. Barang yang dihantar balik tanpa menghubungi kami terlebih dahulu tidak akan diterima.

Barang rosak atau salah: Sila periksa bungkusan semasa diterima dan maklumkan kami dalam tempoh 3 hari. Kami menanggung kos penghantaran balik dan akan menggantikan barang atau membuat bayaran balik. Bagi pemulangan atas sebab pilihan sendiri, pelanggan menanggung kos penghantaran balik.

Bayaran balik: Selepas barang diterima dan diperiksa, kami akan memaklumkan keputusan. Bayaran balik yang diluluskan dibuat melalui kaedah pembayaran asal; pesanan bayar semasa terima (COD) dan PromptPay dibayar balik melalui pindahan bank ke akaun anda. Hadiah percuma mesti dipulangkan bersama barang utama.

Waranti: Produk dilindungi waranti 14 hari seperti yang dinyatakan di halaman produk.
