การจัดส่ง (ภาษาไทย)
ภายในประเทศไทย
- แพ็กและจัดส่งจากโกดังของเราในกรุงเทพฯ ทุกวันทำการ ผ่าน Flash Express
- ส่งฟรีเมื่อซื้อครบ ฿499 ต่อคำสั่งซื้อ หากยอดต่ำกว่านี้ ค่าจัดส่งจะแสดงที่หน้าชำระเงินก่อนยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ
- รองรับการเก็บเงินปลายทาง (COD)
- เมื่อจัดส่งแล้ว คุณจะได้รับเลขพัสดุ และติดตามสถานะได้ที่หน้า ติดตามพัสดุ
มาเลเซียและสิงคโปร์
- จัดส่งด้วยไปรษณีย์ไทย (ePacket) มีเลขติดตามพัสดุ ระยะเวลาโดยประมาณ 7–15 วัน
- ส่งฟรีเมื่อซื้อครบ ฿3,000 หากยอดต่ำกว่านี้ ค่าจัดส่งจะแสดงที่หน้าชำระเงิน
- ภาษีนำเข้าหรืออากรของประเทศปลายทาง (ถ้ามี) ผู้รับเป็นผู้ชำระ
- ขณะนี้ยังไม่จัดส่งไปยังรัฐซาบาห์และซาราวัก
สินค้าเสียหายระหว่างขนส่ง กรุณาแจ้งภายใน 3 วันหลังได้รับสินค้า พร้อมรูปถ่ายและเลขที่คำสั่งซื้อ ทาง LINE @welstore หรืออีเมล info@wellion.co.th
Shipping (English)
Within Thailand
- Orders are packed and shipped from our Bangkok warehouse every business day via Flash Express.
- Free shipping on orders of ฿499 or more. Below that, the shipping fee is shown at checkout before you confirm.
- Cash on delivery (COD) is available.
- Once your order ships you get a tracking number, and you can follow it on the order tracking page.
Malaysia and Singapore
- Shipped by Thailand Post ePacket with tracking, usually 7–15 days.
- Free shipping on orders of ฿3,000 or more. Below that, the fee is shown at checkout.
- Import duties or taxes in the destination country, if any, are paid by the recipient.
- We do not ship to Sabah or Sarawak yet.
Damaged in transit? Tell us within 3 days of receiving the parcel, with photos and your order number, on LINE @welstore or at info@wellion.co.th.
配送说明（中文）
- 泰国境内：每个工作日从曼谷仓库通过 Flash Express 发货；单笔满 ฿499 包邮，未满时运费在结账页显示；支持货到付款（COD）；发货后可在物流查询页面跟踪。
- 马来西亚、新加坡：泰国邮政 ePacket，有追踪号，一般 7–15 天送达；满 ฿3,000 包邮，未满时运费在结账页显示；目的地关税由收件人承担；暂不配送沙巴和砂拉越。
- 运输途中损坏：请在收货后 3 天内，带照片和订单号联系 LINE @welstore 或 info@wellion.co.th。
Penghantaran (Bahasa Melayu)
- Malaysia dan Singapura: dihantar melalui Thailand Post ePacket dengan nombor penjejakan, biasanya 7–15 hari. Penghantaran percuma untuk pesanan ฿3,000 ke atas; jika kurang, kos penghantaran dipaparkan semasa pembayaran.
- Duti import atau cukai di negara destinasi (jika ada) ditanggung oleh penerima. Kami belum menghantar ke Sabah dan Sarawak.
- Barang rosak semasa penghantaran: maklumkan kami dalam masa 3 hari selepas menerima bungkusan, bersama gambar dan nombor pesanan, melalui LINE @welstore atau info@wellion.co.th.
